Chef Bob Simontacchi has deep roots in Northern California, and brings his love of the region and its food to the dinner table. Gravenstein Grill serves familiar dishes using local produce, meat, and seafood alongside world-class local wines, hand-crafted cocktails, and Sonoma County's famous micro-brews.

Chef Bob has cooked in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years. He likes to bring classic techniques, precision, and most importantly, an attention to detail to every dish he prepares. He is excited to bring his talents home to Sonoma County where the local farms produce some of the highest quality food in the world.

Brandon always feels like the staff and guests at his restaurants are an extension of his family. He wants everyone that walks in the front door to feel welcomed from the moment they step foot in the restaurant to the time they leave.

Owen Barrett does not believe bars should have an air of pretension. Bars are somewhere to gather, have fun, and be with friends & family.

Owen has spent the last decade honing his craft in the Bay Area bar & cocktail scene. He brings a sense of creativity and fun to the cocktail list. Look for house made syrups, bitters, and garnishes to round out classically crafted cocktails.
